All good — we really enjoyed this small hotel — the food was high quality and the staff were exceptional. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a bird zoo.

Relaxing small place, it has marvellous and beautiful location short walk to Andy Worhol museum and the Science Centre, Heinz Field, shuttle, clean room, good breakast, and restaurants and shops. Satisfactory breakfast with real plates & silverware, thanks a lot. Excellent service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Enjoyed having a breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt, which was a nice extra touch. Also, the location here was awesome, with easy access to coffee shops ☕.

I appreciated my fantastic stay with exceptional service. the hotel had a great and charming location. - It was adjacent to located up in Troy Hill, a converted brick monastery/church, and downtown and Westin conference center.

friendly staff, who gave you all the information you needed. friendly shuttle service, who picked me up at the station. for american standards very good and large breakfast buffet. nice interior decoration.

The hotel was quaint with incredible personnel who went out of her way to provide wonderful service. I greatly enjoyed the room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - I found the venue's location marvelous and beautiful, just next door to the Andy Warhol Museum and the Science Center, popular attractions like the aviary, sports stadiums, and restaurants.

Old but very nice hotel with a friendly and well-kept atmosphere and a good location near downtown. E.g. Andy Warhole Museum easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot. Very friendly and helpful service. Easy parking at the hotel and good free WiFi. Good and well-kept breakfast on real porcelain dishes without cardboard and without huge waste. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. Stay was really fun.

Beautiful and pleasant place to stay with personable employees who went out of her way to provide wonderful service. This accommodation was in the central location in a fun neighborhood close to everything.

Facilities were modern, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

The property was quaint with outstandingly accommodating staff who went out of her way to provide wonderful service. Central location short walk to Heinz Field, shuttle, clean room, good breakfast.- It was in a delightful area, close to downtown, the strip, the ballfields, and the state park.

Rather ordinary continental breakfast. Nothing planned for those who must abstain from sugar like diabetics.

The current check out time (11am) and breakfast time (10am) could be extended by one more hour as being on holiday and having arrived late and tired, it is a bit difficult to wake up / take a bath / prepare a suitcase to leave, etc.

The breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and yogurt available upon request, and the location is charming and convenient, situated near popular attractions, the casino.

Great staff, especially Michael at the front desk was outstanding. Took great care of us and gave us great tips. Many thanks. The free shuttle service was also great. Good interesting beer in Monks Bar.

Breakfast was more or less standard American. I would have liked a more sophisticated breakfast for the high level of the hotel.
